Job Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Product Owner fluent in English to work in Brussels, Belgium. The successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team and will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with 17 years of relevant IT professional experience
- Proven track record of managing and prioritizing a complex product backlog
- Experience working on IT systems that support public administration, regulatory compliance, or policy implementation
- Proven ability to work with legal texts and delegated/implementing acts to derive clear system requirements
- Strong experience in facilitating workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with heterogeneous stakeholders
- Product Owner / Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I/II), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or equivalent is required
