Requirements

- 1-2 years of recruitment experience in an international/multicultural environment
- Fluency in English
- Proactive-taking initiative and follow-through is a must
- Curious-researching market trends with the ability to translate back to the business

- Prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently
- Organization skills, accuracy and thoroughness, ability to monitor work for quality
- Advanced written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
