We are seeking a User Documentation & Training Expert to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises.
Requirements
- Discuss with stakeholders what they want to do and what can be achieved
- Producing/maintaining training material (wiki pages, collaborative site pages, etc.)
- Writing IS on-line help
- Configuring and testing the system for the training scenarios to be used
- Organising training/coaching sessions and give training / coaching (users and support services)
- Provide guidance using social networks and support users in the review process of the documentation
- Ensure proper follow-up via IMT
- QA review of training material to ensure the defined standards and procedures are been followed
- Prepare storyboards
- Creation of videos in order to explain the use of software to users
- Review of training material, specifically videos with audio recordings
- Design graphics that can be updated and reused when needed
- Production of audio scripts
