Galileo Ground Segment Transformation Coordinator responsible for streamlining ground segment processes, defining and implementing new processes, and ensuring configuration control and best practices are applied.

Requirements

• Follow up on segment and element procurement processes
• Streamline and improve ground segment processes
• Ensure lessons learned are implemented in a timely manner
• Define and streamline associated processes for ground segment digital transformation
• Maintain up-to-date documentation
• Ensure configuration control process is aligned with current practices
• Apply best practices across all ground segment reviews
• Support ground segment requirements and specifications
• Monitor ground segment definition, design, development, verification and validation phases
• Implement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in the Galileo ground segment design and development organisation
• Contribute to adaptation of the organisation and standards to SAFe methodology
• Support ESA procurement actions
• Participate in Galileo-related reviews and technical evaluation boards
• Investigate and correct incidents and anomalies during critical deployment phases
• Propose new initiatives in the field of Navigation R&D
