• Lead, manage, and mentor the microbiology team.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee microbiological testing activities (sterile & non-sterile products).
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure validated methods are transferred effectively.
• GMP, GLP, ICH, and pharmacopeial compliance.
