Quality Director

EVA Pharma is seeking a Quality Director to lead the Quality function, develop and execute a quality strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves leading QA, QC, and Microbiology teams, managing regulatory inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance. The company is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being.

Requirements

• Define and execute a quality strategy aligned with global standards (cGMP, FDA, EMA, WHO, SFDA).
• Lead QA, QC, and Microbiology to ensure efficient batch release and reliable market supply.
• Manage preparation and response for regulatory inspections (FDA, EU QP, WHO, etc.).
• Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for quality audits, inspections, and certifications
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support product development teams to ensure quality is embedded into new product development
• Frequent travel to oversee Operations in Cairo & KSA
