Job Description
Goodwill is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of building systems and equipment in retail stores, donation centers, and logistics facilities. This role ensures the functionality, safety, and reliability of key systems and equipment, requiring troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and responding to emergencies. The position is full-time and offers flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of building or equipment maintenance experience
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Teamwork and communication skills
