Sales Associate - West Side

As a Sales Associate, you will assist in the day-to-day mission-integrated store operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of the Goodwill store. You will be responsible for obtaining payment for merchandise, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in the training and development of store team members.

Requirements

• Ability to use a computer-based register system
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations for cash handling and register balancing
• Ability to meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing
• Pass drug test and criminal background check
