Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Latvia)

EverAI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of talent acquisition, experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment, and a passion for AI and technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
