Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Portugal)

EverAI is a leading AI company that has grown to 50 million users in just 2 years. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team and help assemble the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
