EverAI is building the future of AI companionship. We're a fast-growing company looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale and assemble our team. The role involves identifying, attracting, and landing top global talent, as well as influencing how Talent Acquisition evolves as we grow.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
- Doer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people who can find the right balance between executing, planning and strategy
- Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
- You are comfortable hiring for products that are based on uncensored models and content
