Job Description
Everbridge is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Personal Safety to define and execute the strategy for a critical event management platform. The role involves driving innovation in location-based safety, mobile SOS functionality, and access control, aligning product with customer needs and market trends. This position requires a blend of strategic vision, operational rigor, technical depth, and customer empathy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience (senior level strongly preferred)
- Master (or Bachelor’s) degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience with hardware/software integrations and personal safety devices, wearables, IoT), location technologies and radio/mobile communications
- Familiarity with Critical Event Management and emergency response solutions
- Strong business acumen and ability to tie product strategy to measurable business outcomes
- Comfort with live prototyping, exploring different model capabilities, and applying AI-driven insights to inform strategy, user research, and product decisions
