(Senior) CRM Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to support us in further developing everdrop. The focus is on CLV, re-purchase rates, segmentation, testing, reporting, and customer binding through personalized contact.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of CRM experience in a fast-paced D2C/retail environment
• Experience in conceiving CRM strategies in the area of automation and their implementation from idea to test
• Well-developed business economics skills and experience in working with Excel, reporting, KPIs, and CRM metrics
