You will be responsible for handling written customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and develop and maintain a positive atmosphere on social media by engaging with customers, responding to comments and questions, and building a strong relationship with our community.
Requirements

- You have excellent German language skills (C2) and good English language skills (B2/C1).
- You have good French and/or Italian language skills (B2/C1).
- You are currently studying in the field of Communications/Media Studies, Marketing, Online Marketing/Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- You are a strong communicator, able to find the right tone and explain complex things simply.
- You are diligent and efficient.
