Requirements
- Operate CNC machines, manual mills, and lathes
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Select and use cutting tools and measuring instruments
- Proficiency in CNC programming (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
