Job Description
Everfield is seeking an M&A Intern for a 5-6 month internship in Germany. The intern will support all stages of the M&A process, from qualification and valuation to due diligence and documentation creation. Everfield is a leading long-term investor in European B2B software companies.
Requirements
- Successful completion or ongoing Bachelor's studies in business administration or a related field
- Practical experience in M&A in practice or related areas
- Safe handling of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Very good knowledge of German and English
