Project Manager, Creative Operations & Systems

Everfit is looking for a Project Manager of Creative Operations & Systems to build the structure, systems, and operating rhythm for creative work from idea to execution to launch.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience across creative operations, producing, or project/program management in brand, product, or mixed environments
• Track record of shipping complex, multi-disciplinary work with pace and precision
• Experience building workflows, systems, and tooling that support creative teams
• Comfortable managing budgets, resourcing, timelines, and vendors
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to maintain a calm, steady presence under pressure
• Experience supporting designers, writers, and product teams
