The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of multi-family rehabilitation and construction projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in construction project management
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-family rehabilitation projects required
- Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and scheduling software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) preferred
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
