Job Description
The Courtesy Patrol Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property’s common areas, monitoring entry and exit points, and responding to emergencies.
Requirements
- Monitor building entry and exit points
- Perform routine building tours and document rounds and observations in the security log
- Ensure all exterior and interior doors are secure and report any security breaches or building issues to appropriate personnel
- Respond to emergencies, including contacting fire, medical, or law enforcement as necessary
- Document all incidents, resident interactions, and emergency responses in the security log and submit to management as required
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with residents and guests at all times
