Job Description
The Maintenance II technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community by performing advanced maintenance tasks and supporting the upkeep of building systems, units, and common areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or multifamily maintenance required.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
- Pool certification required for properties with pools.
- Trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.
