Job Description
Evergreen Residential is a high growth Real Estate Company seeking Analysts to join the Asset Management team to assist in expense optimization. The role includes evaluating property diligence inspections, creating budgets for renovations, and identifying opportunities to enhance and scale asset-level operating metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally focused on Finance, Business or Real Estate
- Min 1 years of work experience in a related position
- Asset valuation skills and real estate experience a plus
- Construction costs and process knowledge a plus
- Collaborative team player, able to successfully perform on cross functional activities
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset, adept at critical thinking and problem solving
- Motivated self-starter
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Flexible and able to effectively manage ambiguity and change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
