Job Description
Evergreen Residential is seeking a highly organized Corporate Paralegal to support its legal and compliance functions within a fast-growing Real Estate company. This role involves contract management, compliance, entity management, and general administrative duties across various areas of the business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative. They will work in an office-based position based in Dallas, TX.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant corporate paralegal experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate and contract law
- Experience with residential real estate a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
