Job Description
Evergreen Residential is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to partner with the Function head on Azure cloud infrastructure and advanced systems administration. This role will complement existing IT support staff and focus on strategic, high-impact initiatives driving resilience, scalability, and security across the organization. The position is based in downtown Dallas, TX.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior IT staff.
- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Ensure systems are compliant with internal security policies and external standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
