Job Description
Evergreen Home Loans is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to assist with meeting new clients, completing applications, and facilitating loan closings. The position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of loan programs.
Requirements
- Assist Loan Officer in meeting with borrowers, taking applications, and providing disclosures
- Input Team files into LOS with accuracy
- Assist Loan Officer in marketing efforts to current and new clients
- Take loan applications and pre-qualify borrowers over the phone or in person
- Communicate with borrowers and partners via phone, written communication, and/or in person
