Job Description
The Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) provides Nurse Midwifery care to patients, including well women and primary care women of all ages. They will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illness, and will participate in accreditation activities and regulatory activities. The CNM will also provide leadership and direction to clinic staff and will be responsible for representing the interests of EvergreenHealth Midwife Care to the community.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- Licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington
- National certification with ACNM
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS and NRP certification
- 3 years of experience and demonstrated competency in Midwifery
