HELPLINE, a French company of Digital Services, is seeking an Experienced Production Engineer to provide level 1 and 2 support for incidents within the perimeter, monitor dashboards, detect weak signals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supervision and observability.

Requirements

• Provide level 1 and 2 support for incidents within the perimeter
• Continuously monitor dashboards to ensure the stability of the information system
• Detect weak signals and anticipate problems before they become critical
• Treat and resolve incidents and problems, analyzing the root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Manage the deployment and schedule of releases
• Represent the team in the crisis cell for applications impacted by the perimeter
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supervision and observability
• Develop and maintain scripts/tools to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes
