Job Description
We are looking for a passionate support technician who is committed to customer satisfaction. You will provide technical support level 1 and 2 to users, diagnose and resolve material and software problems, and collaborate with existing teams to resolve complex incidents.
Requirements
- A significant experience on a similar post is required
- Excellent level of English (fluency or bilingualism)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigorous, ability to follow existing procedures
- Collaborative and motivated
