Job Description
Everlywell is a digital health company transforming biomarker data into personalized health insights for over 60 million people and providing value to 60 enterprise partners. This role focuses on quality management within a CLIA lab (Hoffman Estates, IL) ensuring regulatory compliance and leading audits. The Lab Quality Manager will guide the lab director and lead cross-functional initiatives to maintain the lab's capabilities and readiness for regulatory inspections.
Requirements
- Maintain laboratory licensure and accreditation (CLIA, CAP, NYS)
- Serve as the liaison between clinical laboratory and accrediting agencies
- Administer and manage the document control system
- Perform regular internal quality audits
- Identify procedural and systemic compliance risks
- Oversee and manage quality system related meetings
- Interface and collaborate with laboratory personnel
