Job Description
Evermos is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and align supply with demand. The role involves building demand forecasting models, managing supply plans, and optimizing replenishment frameworks for GT and FMCG distribution. The position requires strong analytical and data-driven skills in conjunction with FMCG/GT supply chain expertise.
Requirements
- Develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Partner with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Principal Management teams.
- Lead S&OP cycle.
- Translate demand forecasts into supply plans.
- Optimize safety stock and reorder levels.
