Director / Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs

EVERSANA is a global company that provides commercialization services to the life sciences industry. The Director / Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs will manage complex projects and lead a team to deliver integrated, best-in-class solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years (Associate Director) / 10+ years (Director) of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or device/diagnostics industry
• Demonstrated experience with project management, including vendor and / or technology management
• Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, developing direct reports and managing teams.
• Experience with Medical Affairs Operations and Excellence across Medical Information, Medical Communications, HEOR, Investigator Initiated Studies, Independent Medical Education, Evidence Generation, etc.
• Results driven and team-oriented, with the ability to influence outcomes as necessary
