Job Description
EverService Holdings is seeking an experienced Junior WordPress Developer to join their Legal Marketing agency. The role involves building, maintaining, and supporting WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and code. This position focuses on WordPress structures, HTML/CSS/SASS, and basic PHP/JavaScript to improve website performance and accessibility. The developer will assist with updates, content changes, and integration with staging environments.
Requirements
- English speaking and writing fluency
- Familiarity with WordPress environment and structure
- Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
- Basic knowledge of PHP and JavaScript
- 1+ year of relevant experience (internship, freelance, or agency work)
- Experience working in managed hosting platforms (e.g., WP Engine, Kinsta, Flywheel)
- Familiarity with Git/version control
- Understanding of website performance basics
- Exposure to SEO concepts
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback
