Everstar Agency is seeking a Construction Manager to implement the expansion of objects for a client involved in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices. The Construction Manager will be responsible for organization and control of construction work, coordination of contractors and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with project documentation and technical norms.

Requirements

• Experience in managing construction teams for at least 2 years
• Understanding of construction processes and work on the site
• Coordination skills of contractors and quality control
• Experience in procurement of materials, furniture, equipment
• Stress resistance, result-oriented
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, 1C or similar systems
