Job Description
Everwest is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to build and maintain a strong technology foundation for the company's growth. This role involves leading the infrastructure strategy, building scalable systems, and acting as a hands-on coach to developers and the wider organization, focusing on containerization, infrastructure automation, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments (1000+ end users)
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and on-prem environments
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- Strong grasp of network management, automation, security, and CI/CD
- Experience collaborating with development teams and enabling DevOps practices
