They are seeking a Director of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing to lead their creator, ambassador, and affiliate programs, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, and measurable growth. The role involves strategy development, execution, and optimization across various social media platforms, ensuring brand storytelling and data-driven results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance and/or brand marketing
• 4+ years leading influencer and affiliate programs
• Proven success building scalable influencer/affiliate programs
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing platforms
• Experience negotiating complex partnerships and managing budgets
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy
