We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Product Manager to join our team in Lviv/Bucharest/Malta/London. As a Product Owner, you will organize and own our roadmaps and provide valuable input regarding the shape of the product for our Platform team. Payments are core to the gambling industry and our Platform offers over 300 payment options across more than 100 countries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people-management role.
- 3+ years of experience in payments within the iGaming industry (PSPs, APMs, wallets, card processing, compliance, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring product owners or analysts.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
- Experience defining and delivering payments product strategies across multiple markets, including regulated jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and experience improving KPIs such as payment acceptance, cost efficiency, and time-to-deposit.
- Passion for payments innovation, continuous product improvement, and emerging technologies.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable, with a proven ability to see complex initiatives through to completion.
