EVgo is hiring a Benefits & Leave Manager to lead the selection, implementation, and daily management of the company’s benefits portfolio, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary programs. The role will also oversee the annual open enrollment process, manage Qualifying Life Events, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Requirements
- Lead the selection, implementation, and daily management of the company’s benefits portfolio
- Conduct annual benchmarking and cost analysis
- Partner with brokers, carriers, and vendors to evaluate plan options
- Manage all Qualifying Life Events
- Build and manage a comprehensive ACA compliance framework
- Administer company leave programs (FMLA, ADA, parental, and state-specific)
- Maintain all benefit-related data, workflows, and integrations in the HRIS
- Develop and deliver employee-facing benefits communications
- Produce regular analytics on benefits utilization, enrollment trends, and cost impact
