Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join a growing organization dedicated to empowering youth and families through Multisystemic Therapy (MST). This role involves providing treatment using a collaborative approach, focusing on strengths and resilience, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Extensive research supports the effectiveness of MST and the need for therapists to work with diverse communities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related subject area
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Live within 30-45 minute travel time from service area
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
