Job Description
This full-time salaried position is for a Clinical Program Supervisor to lead and support a new MST team within a St Joseph County, IN area. The role offers competitive benefits and focuses on empowering youth and families with strength-based behavior change through the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model. The supervisor will foster collaboration, implement interventions, manage caseloads, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve program quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject.
- Minimum one year of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Knowledge of pragmatic (structural, strategic, and functional) family therapies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
