Job Description
This position offers a compassionate and dedicated role in working with children and families. The role focuses on providing supervised treatment within a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model, working closely with families, youth, and community partners to address challenging behaviors and promote positive change. The therapist will focus on skill building, modifying family interactions, and increasing social support to help families overcome challenging behaviors and achieve life-transforming changes for youth. Extensive training, professional development, and supervision are provided.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science Field
- Valid Texas driver’s license, current insurance, registration, and driver's record
- License/Certifications: Licensed by Texas Board of Social Work Examiners, LMSW, LMFT-Associate or LPC-intern
