Job Description
EBA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapists to deliver Strength-Based Behavior Change therapy in families, youth, and communities. This role focuses on implementing the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model, utilizing close collaboration with involved parties, and empowering families to address challenging behaviors and change outcomes in children and youth aged 12-17. EBA emphasizes evidence-based practices and a collaborative approach, offering comprehensive support and professional development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Live within a 30-45 minute travel time from the service area
- Have a reliable means of transportation
