Early Childhood Clinician

The Child First Clinician partners with a Family Support Partner to engage families referred to the Child First home-based intervention. This role focuses on strengthening caregiver-child relationships, using trauma-informed CPP, and providing therapeutic intervention for young children and their caregivers. The position involves assessment, development of treatment plans, consultation, and providing support during emergencies.

Requirements

• Experience working psychotherapeutically with culturally diverse children and families.
• Knowledge of relationship-based, psychodynamic intervention, and early child development.
• Experience providing mental health assessment and consultation to early care and education sites.
• Valid driver's license and a 10-hour TB, flu vaccination or compliance.
• Pass a post-offer drug screen
