You will work with the project management and sales teams, and be responsible for client communications, contract negotiation, and project delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working in the account management space
- 3-5 years of agency experience, preferably in digital marketing
- Proven track record of successfully managing web design and development projects
- Excellent listener and able to understand client needs
- Good estimation skills
- Follows and understands digital best practices, technologies, and trends
- Motivated by managing client relationships and handling multiple projects
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to stakeholders
- Experience using CRM and project management software
- Experience tracking goals and results
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience supervising others
- Experience selling to the US market
