Provide technical support for Active Ingredients product line, contribute to the advancement of product and application research, and work on applied innovation projects to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, BioPharma, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related fields
- Interest in learning across multiple disciplines
- Around 2 years of experience in the cosmetic industry
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and intellectual property protection frameworks
- Willingness to work in a lab environment and follow lab safety protocols
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Strong technical presentation, writing, and communication skills
- Knowledge of statistics or consumer science
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and easygoing personality
