CL Business Development Manager North America

Evonik is seeking a CL Business Development Manager for North America to drive growth for the Adhesives and Composites market segment within the ECA product line. The successful candidate will manage direct customer relationships, support distributor customers, and collaborate with a counterpart in Mexico to ensure regional alignment and growth. The position requires strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as experience in chemical sales or marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Located in Texas or California preferred
• Experience in chemical sales or marketing, with background in epoxy, PU coatings, or related laboratory/technical environments, preferred
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the coatings market and customers
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with digital tools, including MS Office and D365
• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects
