Job Description
Evonik is seeking a Development, Process and Engineering Technician to support the RD&Production department manager in planning and executing medical device customers' semi-finished product CDMO projects. The successful candidate will carry out development and production activities for semi-finished products of medical implants, assure execution in the ESH and quality system compliant and know-how protected way, and support the RD&Production department manager in managing the cleanroom.
Requirements
- University degree
- Experience in R&D and production in medical device company (preferably Class III medical implants)
- Good experience and skills in processing medical polymers
- Good experience and skills in operating and troubleshooting process equipment (single screw extrusion, twin screw extrusion, injection molding)
- Good experience and skills in producing monofilament, tube, membrane, composite, and molding parts
- Project management and execution skills
- Coordination and communication skills with teamwork and external customers and suppliers
- Cleanroom and lab utilities engineering and management knowledge
- ISO 13485 and medical device laws and regulations knowledge
