Requirements

• Conducts timely and accurate analysis of raw materials, in-process, and final product samples
• Calibrates laboratory equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability
• Prepares, standardizes, and labels chemical reagents
• Maintains inventory of laboratory chemicals and supplies
• Receives and verifies deliveries of laboratory chemicals
• Communicates with production personnel to coordinate dilution, blending, stabilization, and transfer of products
• Issues product samples and Certificates of Analysis for customer deliveries
• Upholds laboratory housekeeping and safety standards
• Manages retention of product samples for quality tracking
• Records and organizes laboratory data for traceability and reporting
• Investigates and supports resolution of product-related customer complaints
• Collaborates with the Senior Laboratory Technician to achieve laboratory performance objectives
