Plant Engineer

This role is part of the Plant Engineering team, responsible for supporting the needs of the plant, utilizing data and resources to lead recommendations and implement decisions for improvement steps.

Requirements

• Ensure EH&S policies and procedures are followed and documented
• Provide technical assistance to the site
• Monitor, track and report critical success factors
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks or eliminate obstacles to improvements
• Interface with internal and external resources
• Create WO (Work Orders) for equipment needs
• Support and participate in audits and engage in improvement tools activities
