Job Description
We're hiring a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our high-volume food manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating, guiding, and developing a team
- Experience working with safety, quality, and compliance systems in food manufacturing
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices is a plus
