The CDL A Driver serves as the front line for customer relations, customer service, and daily branch deliveries. The position involves transporting materials, inspecting vehicles, and supporting branch operations.
Requirements
- Transport materials to and from retail or distribution centers
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Comply with CDL rules and regulations and company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents, or violations
- Valid CDL license
