We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support a rapidly expanding DTC/e-commerce brand by helping execute email campaigns and automated lifecycle flows.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM operations, or digital marketing
- Experience with any email or CRM platform (Klaviyo experience is a plus, but not required)
- Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing concepts (welcome flows, re-engagement, win-back, cross-sell)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for simple email template adjustments
- Analytical mindset and interest in learning how to optimize campaigns using data
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Advanced English for communication with cross-functional teams
